T. Lynn Parks is a Los Angeles–based writer whose work explores relationships, personal growth, and the experiences that shape who we become.

By day, she works in the pharmaceutical industry. Outside of her corporate career, she is the founder of Reliable Resume Repair, a company dedicated to helping professionals elevate their careers through strategic resume development and coaching.

A lifelong lover of honest stories and meaningful conversations, T. Lynn believes some of life’s greatest lessons emerge from the relationships, challenges, and experiences that push us to grow. Her debut memoir, To Live and Date in LA, offers a candid and unapologetic reflection on love, loss, dating, and self-discovery in the city she calls home.
